1. Product features


1) PMMA shell is pressure-resistant and transparent to prevent liquid leakage

The shell of Aijin sterile needle filter is made of high-quality PMMA material and is integrally formed through a secondary overmolding and injection molding process. It not only ensures its high pressure resistance, but also maintains good sealing during use to prevent liquid leakage. Even after gamma sterilization, the shell still maintains high transparency, making it easy to observe the filtration process at any time, ensuring the safety and stability of each experimental operation.

2) Various filter membrane options to meet different experimental needs

Different experimental scenarios often require different filtration characteristics. Aijin Sterile Needle Filter provides two filter membrane materials to choose from:

· PES (polyethersulfone): fast filtration speed, low adsorption, suitable for filtration of solutions of inorganic ions such as tissue culture media;

· PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride): ultra-low protein adsorption, suitable for filtration of low protein concentration solutions.

In addition, depending on experimental needs, you can also choose a filter membrane with a pore size of 0.45μm or 0.2μm. The 0.45μm pore size is suitable for conventional sample filtration and mobile phase filtration, while the 0.2μm pore size can remove extremely fine particles and microorganisms in the sample, achieving the dual effects of clarifying liquids and sterilizing.

3) Luer lock design avoids the risk of wasting precious samples

The Aijin sterile syringe filter interface adopts a Luer lock design, which enhances the stability of the connection between the syringe and the filter and is suitable for filtration of precious samples.
