Skirtless PCR plate

The edgeless panel is compatible with most PCR machines and qPCR machines, and the design is easy to cut. However, the pipetting stability is low, and it needs to be used with a plate holder, so it is not suitable for automated applications.


Half-skirted PCR plate

Taking into account automation compatibility and manual operation convenience, the edge panel is short, providing stable support for robotic arm grabbing, and can well meet the automation needs of medium-throughput experiments.

Color selection adapted to experiment type and sample management

In ordinary PCR experiments, transparent or white reaction tubes are usually used.

In qPCR experiments, white reaction tubes can significantly improve fluorescence collection efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio due to their high reflection and low light transmission characteristics, and can reduce signal crosstalk between wells and improve repeatability. However, this type of reaction tube is not suitable for instruments with bottom or side lighting.


Select suggestions

Transparent tubes are used for ordinary PCR; white tubes are used for qPCR (non-bottom/side lighting instruments); multi-batch sample management is equipped with five-color transparent eight-strip tubes with caps.

A-gen Bio's 96-well PCR plates and eight-tube strips include two specifications: 0.2mL (high volume) and 0.1mL (low volume). The standard volume of the 384-well plate is 40μL, and the single tube is available in 0.2mL specifications.
