Choose the right tip and pipette combination
Aijin tips and EP 20μL pipettes
Specification Adaptation Guide
1) EP style light gray metal head pipette
Range: 2–20µL
Appearance features: light gray label, metal tip cone
Adaptable tips: Aijin 10μL tip and 10μL extended tip
Warm Tips: The EP 20µL pipette uses the same metal tip cone as the 10µL pipette, so it can be used with 10µL tips and 10µL extended tips.
2) EP model yellow label plastic tip pipette
Range: 2–20µL
Appearance features: yellow label, plastic tip cone
Adaptable tips: Aijin 20μL, 50μL, 100μL, 200μL and 300μL tips
Warm Tips: EP model yellow label plastic tip pipettes are suitable for yellow suction tips.
Aijin suction head family
Aijin has always followed extremely strict quality control standards in the production of consumables. For tips, whether it is the selection of materials or the design considerations from appearance structure to details, the core orientation is to improve the accuracy and stability of pipetting, and is committed to providing users with a better and more reliable product experience.
Excellent material, pure and worry-free
Aijin tips are made of high-quality imported PP material, which is resistant to high temperature and pressure. Even under extreme conditions, there will be no significant deformation. The workshop is fully automated and produced from the source to be truly DNase/RNase-free, pyrogen-free, and PCR inhibitor-free.
Various packaging forms
Bag packaging: takes up relatively little space during storage, and can reduce the use of plastic by 85% compared to other packaging methods, making it more economical, affordable and environmentally friendly;
Boxed: Designed with user convenience in mind, it is convenient for experimenters to operate with one hand, greatly improving the efficiency of experimental operations;
Stacked boxes: This form of packaging makes more reasonable use of materials and space, conforms to the current concept of environmental protection, and also reflects some of our thoughts on resource utilization in design.
Functional and practical
Porous filter element: It has ultra-high hydrophobicity, can shield aerosols, prevent cross-contamination, and provide super assistance for the accuracy of experimental data.
Extended pipette tip: It is suitable for deep container experimental operations and can prevent the lower part of the pipette from contacting the sample, thus reducing the risk of reagent contamination.
Large-mouth pipette tip: Designed to suit viscous samples that are difficult to transfer. It can increase the speed of liquid transfer when transferring such samples, helping to optimize the entire experimental process.
Wide adaptability
Aijin tip capacity ranges from 0.5μL to 10mL. In terms of instrument adaptation, it is widely compatible with most brands of pipettes on the market. For automated experiment scenarios, Aijin has designed automated tips that can be smoothly connected to a variety of automated workstations, as well as exclusive adapter tips such as R-style® and Integra® to meet your various instrument adaptation needs.
The correct selection of matching tips and pipettes plays an important role in the accuracy of the experiment. Aijin pipette tips have attracted the attention and selection of many scientific researchers due to their performance in terms of quality and adaptability.
