· One hole and one cover are independently sealed: Each tube cover is independently sealed, greatly reducing the evaporation rate.

· Cuttable tube body: There is a pre-break design between the connecting tubes, which can be cut into a single tube or 2/4 connecting tubes as needed, suitable for small-flux reactions.

· Low temperature resistance: -80°C and repeated freezing and thawing for many times still maintain good sealing, suitable for long-term sample storage.

· Suitable for fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR/RT-PCR) and precious RNA sample storage.

Operation suggestions

· Manual closing: first press both ends of the tube cover until you hear a 'click' sound, and then press from both ends toward the center to ensure that the sealing ring is fully fitted.

· Batch processing: Equipped with an eight-tube decapper, it can process 96-well plates at a time, shortening the operation time by 60%.

· It is recommended to tilt the tube body 30° when opening the lid to avoid splashing of liquid in the tube due to surface tension.

·Pre-alignment: Ensure that the tube cover and tube body are positioned accurately to avoid misalignment.

·Fix both ends: First press both ends of the tube cover with your thumb and index finger to the sealing position.

·Center reinforcement: Press sequentially from both ends to the center to form a continuous sealing surface.

·Tightness check: Gently pinch the tube body to see if there are bubbles overflowing, or turn it upside down for 10 seconds to check for leaks.
