What should I do if the ventilation is uneven when cultivating cells in a multi-well plate?
Highly breathable sealing film can be used. While preventing contamination, it promotes the permeability of hydrophobic gases. Compared with traditional porous plate covers, the air flow between holes is more uniform, reducing experimental errors.
