Introduction to R&D Department

The R&D department is mainly responsible for product design and development, mold design and manufacturing, and production delivery. On the basis of ensuring the research and development of the company's own products, we are also committed to transforming customers' ideas into products that can be produced in stable batches. With the joint efforts of the team, we managed the whole process from an idea, to 3D modeling, to drawings, to model construction, to samples, testing, verification, and the implementation of the production process. We have established a trusted, efficient and coordinated team.
The R&D department is directly led by the general manager. R&D engineers have more than 20 years of experience in product design and plastic mold design and have developed many products. Our mold manufacturing engineers have been engaged in mold manufacturing for 15 years, and two injection molding engineers have worked in the injection molding field for more than 20 years. A-gen owns 15 items of various patents, among which the 8 items are invention patents. More patents are pending.
Our R&D process is:

1. After accepting tasks and collecting basic product information, assess the feasibility of product development;

2. Product 3D modeling, analysis and discussion of product structure, combined with mold design for targeted optimization; 
3. Mold structure design, mold flow analysis, technical seminars, and final determination of mold structure and processing technology;

4. Mold manufacturing; 

5. Mold trial;

6. Delivery of molds for mass production.
