15/25/50ml sea salt color centrifuge tube

Centrifuge tubes are disposable experimental consumables made of polymer polypropylene (PP) material. They are used to prepare, mix, centrifuge or store solid and liquid samples and reagents. They are mainly used for the separation and preparation of biological samples in biological experiments. The biological sample suspension is placed in a centrifuge tube. The high-speed rotation of the centrifuge produces a huge centrifugal force, causing the tiny particles suspended in the tube (such as cell organelles, precipitation of biological macromolecules, etc.) to settle at a certain speed, thereby being separated from the solution.

Product Description

Centrifuge tubes are mainly divided into large-capacity centrifuge tubes (250mL, 500mL), conventional centrifuge tubes (15mL, 25mL, 50mL), and microcentrifuge tubes (0.6mL, 1.5mL, 2.0mL). Large-capacity centrifuge tubes are the centrifugal choice for large-capacity cell harvesting, pelletizing, and protein purification; conventional centrifuge tubes are mainly used for centrifugal collection of cells and biological macromolecules, and storage of photosensitive samples and special chemiluminescence reagents; microcentrifuge tubes need to be used in conjunction with a microcentrifuge for the separation of trace reagents, sample preparation and storage.

Material

Imported polymer polypropylene (PP) material, compliant with USP Class VI

Package

Bagged, rack mounted, optional sterilization

purity

Pyrogen-free, endotoxin-free, DNase/RNase-free

Sterilize

Electron beam sterilization, SAL=10-6, can be directly used in cell, molecule and microbial related detection experiments

production environment

Clean production in a 100,000-level dust-free workshop with small differences between batches

Storage conditions

Store dry at room temperature to prevent ultraviolet rays; the sterilized version has a shelf life of three years (with intact packaging), and the non-sterilized version has a shelf life of five years

Usage restrictions

Product is for single use only

temperature range

-80℃~121℃, can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure at 121℃

Features

Microcentrifuge tubes are made of PP and used with centrifuges. They are widely used in molecular biology, clinical chemistry and biochemistry research.

The zigzag cover is different from the traditional cover, making the cover and tube closer, ensuring high-speed centrifugation.

The tube has a frosted writing area for easy recording.

Resistant to DMSO, phenols, chloroform and other chemical corrosion; inert to water

Ultra-high centrifugal stability, can withstand centrifugal force 12000Xg

Temperature resistance -80-120℃

The products are produced and packaged in a class 100,000 clean room with no DNAse/RNAse contamination and no pyrogen contamination.
