High temperature resistant sealing film

The high-temperature resistant tissue culture sealing film is made of high-quality polypropylene material, has no toxic effect on the culture, and can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure. It is mainly used for sealing various tissue culture bottles, and can be used for sealing triangular flasks for culture medium sterilization; ensuring air exchange and preventing other microorganisms from entering the bottles to achieve the purpose of sealing and preventing bacteria.

Waterproof and breathable tissue culture products are made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) and are designed with billions of micropores. These micropores are approximately 700 times larger than air molecules, ensuring reliable airflow and pressure balance. However, these micropores are 0.2 to 0.3 microns, which can effectively block the entry of liquid, bacterial dirt and debris.
