Aijin Biotechnology launches a new product called LT double-stack box tip consumables, aiming at the common needs and pain points of scientific research experiments, with innovative design and reliable performance, striving to bring a more efficient, more accurate and more convenient experimental experience to scientific researchers!

Aijin LT double stack box tips adopt a one-layer double box structure. The whole box contains 960 tips in 5 layers ，, which can increase the single use capacity compared with traditional packaging. In high-throughput experiments, the number of replacements of tip boxes can be greatly reduced, avoiding frequent replacement of new boxes, making the experimental process more consistent and improving scientific research efficiency.

Aijin LT tips are closely matched with the bayonet of multi-channel pipettes. The double-stack box adopts a widened and thickened base structure, which makes the installation process convenient and smooth, reducing the occurrence of unstable tip installation.

Each stack of boxes contains 192 tips in a single layer, which is suitable for large-demand multi-channel pipetting scenarios. It supports batch access and effectively saves tip replacement time. The optimized design from installation to retrieval helps improve the efficiency of pipetting operations, reduces the possibility of sample loss, and provides reliable support for various experiments.

It is made of medical grade polypropylene (PP) raw material and molded by precision injection molding process. The inner wall of the tip is smooth and flat. This feature can effectively reduce liquid residue, meet the needs of various experimental scenarios, and provide reliable support for scientific research operations.

The box body is equipped with a dust-proof cover, which can effectively block dust particles, fiber impurities and microorganisms in the laboratory air, and prevent the suction head from coming into contact with external pollutants.

The unique large-capacity double-stacked box structure eliminates the tedious steps of frequently replacing the bottom box. The tips can be directly accessed after opening the package, which can greatly save experimental preparation time and operating procedures.
