Introduction to Precision Mould Manufacturing Department

Precision mold manufacturing department is mainly responsible for the design and manufacture of new product molds, with more than 20 professional and technical personnel, including mold design, processing programming, CNC, EDM, milling machine, grinder operators, mold fitters, polishing workers, etc. In addition to ensuring the mold manufacturing of the company's own products, it also undertakes the design and manufacture of customized molds. At present, the department has more than 20 sets of various processing and testing equipment, 6 sets of Machining Centers (2 sets of Sodick, 2 sets of MAKIO and 2 sets of others), 6 sets of EDM Machine Tool (2 sets of MAKIO, 1 set of FANUC and 3 sets of others), 2 sets of Wire Walking Machine (Agie Charmilles sets), and various types of milling machines, grinding machines, lathes, projection detectors, etc. Up to now, the precision mold manufacturing department has manufactured more than 500 sets of molds, including various types of deep well plates, centrifuge tubes, tips, culture bottles/dishes, etc.
