01 Cell Morphology Observation: Maintenance of Typical Morphology
Tested Conditions:
Panels A + B: A-GEN DMEM/F12 + Premium Grade FBS
Panels C + D: Brand G DMEM/F12 + Australian Origin FBS
Experimental Results:The A-GEN culture system demonstrated performance highly consistent with the control system. P5 generation MSCs in both groups exhibited typical elongated spindle-shaped morphology, uniform cell distribution, and a robust growth state. Final morphological observations revealed no significant differences between the two groups.

02 Cell Viability Assay: Supporting Long-Term Serial Passage
Cell viability is a core quantitative metric for cell culture quality, directly reflecting the culture system's capacity to maintain cell health. It serves as the foundation for downstream experimental validity and functional cellular applications. In particular, viability stability during continuous subculture is key to evaluating the overall performance of basal media and fetal bovine serum (FBS). In this experiment, cell viability was monitored across passages P2 to P10 to compare the survival performance of MSCs cultured in the A-GEN system versus the Brand G control system.
Experimental Groups: • Group A: A-GEN DMEM/F12 + Premium Grade FBS • Group B (Control): Brand G DMEM/F12 + Australian FBS Results Summary: Performance of the A-GEN system was comparable to the control. Cell viability remained stable above 90% across passages P2–P10, confirming that the A-GEN system consistently supports high cellular viability. |

03 Proliferation Efficiency Assay: Maintaining Stable Expansion Kinetics
Population Doubling Time (PDT) is a core metric reflecting cellular proliferation capacity, directly demonstrating a culture system's nutrient supply efficiency and cellular compatibility. It is critical for large-scale cell expansion and experimental timeline management. In this experiment, doubling time was monitored across passages P3 to P10 to evaluate and compare the proliferation support performance of the A-GEN culture system.
Tested Conditions: Culture System A: A-GEN DMEM/F12 + Premium Grade FBS Culture System B: Brand G DMEM/F12 + Australian Origin FBS Experimental Results: No significant difference in proliferation performance was observed between the A-GEN culture system and the control system. Throughout serial passaging from P3 to P10, both groups exhibited consistent trends and comparable values in population doubling time (PDT). This ultimately confirms that the A-GEN system reliably supports robust cell expansion. |
