SpheroNex Series Cell Culture Microplates

Please choose a TC-treated (tissue culture-treated) plate. The hydrophilic surface is optimal for cell attachment.

It is recommended to use a Non-treated plate to prevent cell adhesion.

Flat bottom is suitable for microscopic observation; U-bottom and V-bottom are ideal for suspension culture or sedimentation assays.

The plate is made of high-transparency polystyrene (PS) with excellent optical clarity, making it well-suited for microscopic imaging.

The SpheroNex™ 6-well microwell plate combines a microwell array with an ultra-low attachment surface to provide cells with independent three-dimensional aggregation microenvironments, promoting natural aggregation into uniform spheroids. Conventional low-attachment culture plates mainly rely on the bottom geometry to promote cell aggregation, whereas the microwell plate enables the culture of multiple spheroids within each well and is better suited to high-throughput 3D cell-model construction.
